Energy efficiency is the least expensive way to increase energy supplies. This underscores the need for achieving higher levels of energy efficiency while at the same time increasing the energy supplies especially from our indigenous resource.  We need to encourage new investment in our energy infrastructure, not just to increase delivery capacity, but also to increase efficiency and conservation  to  improve energy security, reliability and affordability for the consumers of Pakistan..

Although a juvenile entity, it is gradually stepping its way forward through institutionalizing the best practices as an Authority.Being Vice Chairman of the Board, I would continue to support NEECA towards its transformation into a fully functional Authority that would help in shaping and sustaining a brighter tomorrow for Pakistan.
